Attention Owners and Managers:
Guests – Use the “Guest Registration” button to register guests who will be staying on the property overnight for at least one night. This should be used for your typical vacation rental guest who is staying in a home for one or more nights.
Day Visitors – Use the “Visitor Registration” button to register visitors who will be entering the property but NOT staying overnight. This would be used for a person coming to visit a guest or owner for just a day.
Vendors – Use the “Vendor Registration” button to register a transient or short-term vendor entering the property to perform work at your address. This would used for a plumbing coming only for a few days to perform work, but NOT for recurring vendors like pool service techs or property managers. Recurring or long-term vendors must be registered through concierge at the clubhouse.
